Why Mila-wall for exhibition
stand construction?

Messeprojekte laufen unter hohem
Zeitdruck. Jedes Detail muss
funktionieren und das Budget soll
planbar bleiben. Mila-Wall gibt
Standbauteams ein System an die
Hand, das sich schnell montieren
lässt, sich mühelos an jede
Grundfläche anpasst und nach der
Messe erneut eingesetzt werden kann.

Assembly in record time

A well-coordinated team can assemble
sixty square metres of stand space
in less than ninety minutes.
Clear work steps and
the right accessories ensure
that everything runs smoothly.

Concealed cable routing and media

Integrated cable routes in the frame
carry power and data invisibly.
Monitors, LEDs and media technology
can be integrated flush.
The presentation appears calm and
high-quality.

Largely tool-free
self-assembly

Two fitters connect the modules
in just a few simple steps. The team
moves elements as needed without
drilling dust and without noise.
A brief introduction is all that is needed.

Budget-friendly

The robust modules can withstand
many trade fair cycles. Reuse,
short set-up times and lower
disposal costs reduce the
overall costs across several
events.

Transport and storage

The modules can be transported compactly and stored in a space-saving manner. Trolleys, boxes and protective edges facilitate handling and protect the surfaces on the way to the hall. Set cards and labels ensure short distances and clear allocation.

System and modules

The standard modules are available in several heights and widths. They can be connected to form straight lines or corners. Concealed connectors ensure clean joints and a smooth appearance.

  • Modules in standard sizes for rear walls, cubicles, themed islands and meeting rooms
  • Connectors and brackets for straight lines and 90-degree corners
  • Door elements for enclosed areas and technical rooms
  • Series 100, 160 with aluminium frames and series 840 with wooden frames
  • Technical specifications regarding dimensions, weight, load capacities and accessories can be found in the data sheet.

    Foerster

The Dr. Foerster Institute presents its materials testing technology on a Mila-wall stand with four-metre-high modules in a metallic look. LED-integrated walls draw attention to the exhibits, while the platform and roof accommodate system technology. The concept scales from 60 to 200 square metres and has been used successfully at various trade fairs for years.

    Bose Corporation

A fully modular exhibition stand based on the Mila-wall Series 100 was created for the Bose brand world. Customised wall and floor modules with slanted edges echo the logo and continue the clear aesthetics of the audio products with horizontal joints. LED light modules, integrated furniture and surfaces adapted to the corporate design create a unique Bose atmosphere that can be flexibly adapted to different stand sizes.

    Intech

On 270 square metres, e-troFit staged a converted Citaro C1 in front of a backdrop up to six metres high made of diagonally positioned Mila wall modules. The seamless wall with a foil surface created clear lines; an integrated ‘street café’ on a platform provided space for consultations.

Technical aspects

Stability, suspension and cable routing are planned on a project-specific basis. The permissible loads depend on the module, connection and installation.

  • Integrated cable ducts and monitor holders for neat media integration
  • Suspension systems with rails, hooks and wire ropes
  • Robust, easy-care surfaces for frequent use
  • Details on load capacities, fire protection and installation can be found in the instructions and data sheets.
Assembly for demonstration of the Mila-wall Acoustic sound-absorbing panels

    Mila-Wall Acoustic

Sound-absorbing wall modules reduce reverberation and improve speech intelligibility. The surface remains smooth and precise, with only micro-fine openings visible. Ideal for museums, galleries, exhibition stands and events.

    Mila-Wall Sound

The wall becomes a sound source. Invisible surface loudspeakers create a uniform sound field with a wide dispersion angle. Variants with Bluetooth control are available as an option.

    Mila-Wall Display

LED screens are integrated flush into the wall. Power and data run through the frame, keeping the technology out of sight. Content can be controlled via touch or gesture control, even as a video wall.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly can it be assembled?

Set-up takes little time and depends on the size of the stand, the number of modules and the size of the team. With a clear checklist and brief instructions, set-up times remain consistent.

How is the cable routed?

Power and data are routed within the frame, so cables remain invisible. Monitor holders and feed-throughs are tailored to the system. Planning is project-specific.

Are the walls free-standing?

Ninety-degree corners give the modules a stable footing. Additional brackets are available for long, straight sections without corners, which securely fix the system in place.

What sizes are available?

The modules are available in standard heights and widths. Special dimensions are available on request. An overview of the dimensions and combinations can be found in the data sheet.
