Process from delivery to acceptance
1. Preparation
We check plans, times and access. Goods lifts, storage space, loading zones and safety regulations are clarified in advance. Set cards and labels organise materials and routes.
2. Delivery
On-time delivery with notification. Protective edges and packaging remain on the module until it reaches its final position. Materials are distributed according to zones.
3. Assembly
The teams align wall units, connect elements and check the joint pattern. Openings, doors and display cases are installed. Technology, power and data are concealed within the module.
4. Finishing touches
Hanging, labelling and foil work are carried out according to plan. We check lines, edges and heights. Media are tested and documented.
5. Handover
Joint tour with minutes, handover of cleaning and care instructions, and contacts for support.
6. Dismantling and return transport
After the end of the project, we dismantle, pack securely, label and hand over an inventory list. Return transport and storage are carried out as agreed.
Transport and storage
We use trolleys, transport crates and edge protection elements. Labels and set cards ensure clear allocation. For storage, we recommend stackable units with dry conditions, dust protection and moderate temperatures. On request, we can take care of inventory management, maintenance and minor repairs.
Safety and quality
We work with appropriate PPE and comply with local regulations. Stability, load distribution and escape routes are taken into account on a project-specific basis. Surfaces remain clean, joints even and edges protected. We provide cleaning and care instructions with the report.
