From 2017 to 2019, we purchased around 700 modular partition walls, varying between three and four metres in height. Since then, they have been used to create around 30 different exhibitions – including the current exhibition ‘Josef Koudelka Ruins’.
Josef Koudelka's photography series was created between 1991 and 2017 in more than 200 archaeological cities in the Mediterranean region and is part of the generous donation of around 2,500 photographs from his life's work, which Mr Koudelka has presented to the museum in recent years.
Each exhibition at the Museum of Decorative Arts is planned and implemented individually so that every exhibition conveys a special sense of space tailored to the theme.
