What does the 840 series stand for?
The 840 series is designed for projects that require a clean look and visible material character. Teams use the series in museums, galleries, exhibition stands and events when smooth surfaces, precise edges and a high-quality appearance are required. The wooden details on the edge protection create a warm impression and a convincing close-up view.
Advantages at a glance:
- Calm, seamless presentation surfaces without visible technology
- Materials with a pleasant feel and a convincing close-up effect
- Largely tool-free assembly with brief instruction
- Reusable modules for reliable processes in changing situations
Modules and dimensions
The 840 series offers modules in standard heights and widths. This allows rooms to be planned precisely and constructed reliably.
- Widths: 25 centimetres, 50 centimetres, 75 centimetres and 100 centimetres
- Heights: from 50 centimetres in equal increments up to 4 metres
- Special dimensions are available on request
Connections and edge protection
The tongue and groove hook-in technique securely joins the elements together and creates uniform joints. The wooden edge protection remains visually unobtrusive and protects the edges during daily use and transport. Lines, corners and niches are created with repeatable precision and can be adjusted as required.
Hanging and load capacity
The hanging system is planned on a project-specific basis. The permissible loads depend on the module, connection, substrate and installation.
- Hanging systems with rails, hooks and wire ropes
- Point fixings possible depending on design
- Information on load capacity, installation and maintenance can be found in the data sheet
Transport and storage
The modules can be transported compactly and stored safely.
- Trolleys, boxes and protective edges protect the surfaces.
- Set cards and labels facilitate allocation and routing.
- Stackable storage for frequent use.
