Exhibition room with Mila-wall technology at an exhibition in the Kreissparkasse Reutlingen

What does the 100 series stand for?

The 100 series combines easy handling with a professional look. The patented tongue-and-groove connection technology is clear and intuitive. Elements can be quickly moved and rearranged with millimetre precision. Power and data are discreetly routed through the frame. The surface remains uniform and high-quality.

Advantages at a glance:

  • Lightweight system for quick assembly and disassembly
  • Smooth, seamless presentation surfaces without visible technology
  • Largely tool-free assembly with brief instruction
  • Flexible configuration for lines, corners, niches and small spaces
  • Reusable modules with a robust and easy-care surface

Modules and dimensions

The 100 series offers modules in standard heights and widths. This allows rooms to be planned precisely and set up quickly.

  • Widths: 25 centimetres, 50 centimetres, 75 centimetres and 100 centimetres
  • Heights: from 50 centimetres in equal increments up to 4 metres
  • Special dimensions are available on request

Components and connections

Concealed connectors ensure clean joints and a smooth appearance. The elements form straight lines and corners.

  • Connectors and angles for straight lines and 90-degree corners
  • Door elements for warehouses, back offices and technical rooms
  • Feed-throughs and holders for cables and media

Hanging and load capacity

The suspension is planned on a project-specific basis. The permissible loads depend on the module, connection and installation.

  • Suspension systems with rails, hooks and wire ropes
  • Point fixings possible depending on design
  • Information on load capacity, installation and maintenance can be found in the data sheet

Frequently asked questions

Is the 100 series suitable for frequent conversions?

Yes. The system is designed for frequent modifications thanks to its robust aluminium frame. The connection technology enables quick modifications and safe processes.

Can we integrate monitors and LEDs?

Yes. Suitable holders, installation parts and bushings are available. Cables can be routed within the frame. Planning is carried out on a project-specific basis.

Can I nail or screw into the walls?

There are two types of wall panels. The basic version is not designed for nails or screws. The nailable version has an additional middle layer in the core that securely holds nails and screws.

Are the walls free-standing?

Ninety-degree corners provide stable support. Additional brackets are available for long, straight sections without corners. Please refer to the data sheet for further information.
