Why the Mila-Wall Designer
Planners need reliable processes, clear communication and accurate documentation. Mila-Wall Designer combines fast design work with realistic visualisation and deliverable outputs. This makes decisions more reliable, loops shorter and handover to the workshop, installation and curation easier.
Advantages at a glance:
- Import building plans and start working with Mila-Wall immediately
- Freely place and colour walls, doors, windows and display cases
- Drag and drop exhibits and light sources from connected databases
- PDF outputs for assembly, hanging lists and approvals
- Interactive assembly instructions and automated piece part calculation
Functions in detail
Architecture and layout
Import the building floor plan and place Mila-Wall modules in lines, corners and rooms. Switch between top view, side view and realistic representation. Assign individual colours to buildings and partition walls and check sightlines, paths and zoning.
Exhibits, lighting and objects
Integrate exhibits from linked art databases and position them using drag and drop. Add light sources and equipment such as display cases, pedestals or media stations. Check the effect and legibility in the room.
Dimensioning and output
Generate dynamic dimensions directly in the model. Export PDF unfoldings for wall runs and hanging plans. Derive parts lists and overviews for logistics and transfer clear documentation to assembly and production.
Frames and passe-partouts
Define frame types and passe-partout specifications and apply these settings to the hanging. This ensures that rows and grids remain uniform and reproducible.
