Our values
We want to help not only our partners and customers find valuable physical spaces, but also create valuable spaces for our team to work and live in, whether in Reutlingen or at our international locations. Especially in these rapidly changing and uncertain times, it is important for us to provide guidance and support, to demonstrate our values and attitudes, and to strengthen them. On our journey, we have therefore worked together with our constantly growing team to develop a set of values as the cornerstone of our daily thoughts and actions, and we live by these values – even outside of work. In doing so, we show and accept emotional behaviour, encourage and promote the individual development of our employees and colleagues, and live together in harmony based on these values!
